How do I choose the right rental service?
Start by researching reputable suit rental providers in your area. Look for online reviews and testimonials to assess customer satisfaction. Consider the range of styles, sizes, and brands they offer. It’s crucial to choose a service that offers a variety of options and transparent pricing and policies.

How long can I rent the suits for?
Our default suit rental period is 3 days – inclusive of the day of collection and return. For overseas pre-wedding photoshoots, the rental period will be extended depending on the days of travel and there will be additional surcharges.

What accessories do you provide?
All suit rental packages include complimentary rental of accessories such as ties, pocket squares, and a vest or suspenders if required.

What is included in the suit rental package?
All suit rental includes groom accessories such as pocket squares and bow ties/ties. Gown rental packages are inclusive of dry-cleaning, basic alteration services, and bridal accessories.

Do you provide suit rental?
Yes, we have a collection of suits and they come in a variety of colors and sizes.

Are all of your pants able to be worn with a belt or suspenders?
Our suit pants have belt loops and accept a belt; our tuxedo pants do not. While our pants do not have buttons for suspenders, they do accept clip-on suspenders.

What if a garment does not fit?
When you receive your outfit, please open the package and try on your garments immediately, within 48 hours of delivery. If you feel any item in your package does not fit properly, please call us immediately, and we will determine the best method for handling alterations or exchanges.

Do you provide size alteration for suits?
Yes, we will alter the pants length. As for the blazer and the vest, we have a range of sizes for each suit design and we will find a size that is suitable for you.

How do I get measured?
We will ask for age, height, and weight, along with shoe and jean size. Using our proprietary fit technology, eTailor, we will determine the right fit for you. For customers aged fifteen (15) and under, we will ask for more specific measurements.

Why is a 50% deposit required?
Upon payment of a deposit, we will help to soft book all the services that you require for your event date. This prevents other clients from booking the same services on the same day. You may still make changes to your gown choice after placing the deposit and during your selection fitting appointment.

What if I change my mind after making the deposit?
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.

Depending on the degree of alteration, this can take around 7 working days.

How far in advance should I book my rental suit?
Start planning as soon as you know you’ll need a suit so you’ll have the widest selection and time for adjustments. It’s also recommended to remind the rental place about a week before your event.

Take good care of the suit during use. Avoid spills and stains, and if accidents happen, inform the rental service promptly. Moreover, be cautious with accessories and consider purchasing insurance if available.

To ensure that you look sharp for your big day, make sure that after receiving your garments and trying them on, you hang up all garments to avoid any wrinkles. If necessary, you can use steam to remove wrinkles (using a fabric steamer or just a steamy bathroom). Do not iron the garments. e for adjustments. It’s also recommended to remind the rental place about a week before your event.
